何中旺先生2007年加入浩豐規(guī)劃集團(tuán)，全面負(fù)責(zé)集團(tuán)投融資、資本運(yùn)作以及投資企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理。曾主持、參與過(guò)多項(xiàng)投資、重組、并購(gòu)項(xiàng)目的論證、談判及運(yùn)作，有豐富的資本運(yùn)作項(xiàng)目實(shí)際操作及運(yùn)營(yíng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。全面負(fù)責(zé)集團(tuán)資產(chǎn)重組、集團(tuán)組建及股份制改造，主導(dǎo)完成了集團(tuán)新三板順利掛牌。
何中旺先生健全了公司的資質(zhì)體系，建立了完善的集團(tuán)內(nèi)部管理制度、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范機(jī)制，以及規(guī)范的法人結(jié)構(gòu)，助推集團(tuán)迅速走向成熟化、規(guī)范化。
